Great to start, but not stay
This is a great apartment to start off in a new city as it's crazy close to campus, is a great price, and has free parking. Downsides include: one coin operated laundry area in the basement shared by 8 renters total, windows that never fully seal, very limited counter space, and one the smallest bathrooms I've ever used. Overall, I think this a great value and I certainly haven't been unhappy here, but I also plan to move for next year.
