Cheap, easy to get to campus
Near some decent food/drinks in Cleveland Heights once COVID is a smaller issue
A lot of space, plenty of room
Internet is slow throughout Cleveland Heights, which can be tough with Zoom curriculum

Spacious apartment
I've loved living at my apartment so much that my roommate and I stayed for 3 years! It's spacious with a sun room, living room, dining room, and a laundry room. The apartment is large enough to host parties and dinners! Location is great, close to Dave's, Starbucks, Cedar-fairmount restaurants, and only a 20 min walk to school.

Focus on location
My place isn't top notch, but it could be worse. For $800 a month I got a pretty good deal here. Management is pretty poor, but the location is perfect. I don't recommended anyone form out of town without their own personal car AND parking spot live anywhere further than clevland heights (little Italy is ok, but living as far as conventry is a mistake). When it starts to get cold and rainy, you can't rely on any buses or shuttles. It's also right next to Dave's market and Starbucks which is a huge plus.
