Location can't be beat!
Apartment is only 5 minutes from campus, so access to school and Uptown is convenient even without a car or bus. Apartment is also within walking distance from Little Italy businesses and the RTA station there, making accessing many other parts of Cleveland convenient as well. Unit itself is very old, typical of units in Little Italy, so we occasionally run into issues like pest control or some utilities breaking down. But our landlord is super responsive and gets the issue taken care of within a few days.
