Love it, but could be better
Landlord is incredibly friendly & very flexible. Prefers renting to law students, and the house is right across the street from the school (ideal if you don't want to drive in the snow). Downside is that the rooms are pretty small & the walls are thin - people can hear pretty much everything. But for the price? well worth it

Last Resort
The owner and landlord does not take proper care of the house. You will not feel clean while living here. The windows don't close and the heating is all messed up. The kitchen is tiny for a house with five bedrooms. Additionally, the house is an absolute eyesore and is described by the community as "the monster house." The siding needs to be replaced, the walls need to be replaced, the flooring redone, the heating system fixed, the basement redone, you might as well knock the whole house down and build something livable here.
