Grant Properties
The place is a bit crummy, but better than a lot of spots you'll get in Bloomington. By no means a party house, but you're getting what you're paying for. The landlords are overall nice and reasonable, but can be a bit dismissive. There have been a few complaints we've submitted where the landlords have just straight up acted like we are stupid. For instance, when we emailed to ask them to turn down the heat, they just told us to crack a window. (It's worth mentioning that although heat is included in rent, you cannot control your heat). I previously rented from Burnham Rentals, who I would highly recommend.
