Fantastic house, could use updates in kitchen/bathroom
I have lived in this house for 2 years, and have truly loved it. The landlord is next door and is always extremely quick and responsive with anything we need. The location is a great on all counts - it is close to school, Kirkwood, and the Square, and we have enjoyed the easy access to outside space (we have a porch and yard, and are only 5 minutes from the tailgating fields, which are great to go walk/run around year-round). I have also appreciated having a full basement for storage space . The only complaint I have is that the kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated and small, but they are both completely functional for students. Overall, I have loved living here during school and would recommend our house (or other properties owned by HPIU).
