Do not recommend
The apartment is fairly cramped despite being a two-bedroom. Bugs get in no matter how clean you get it. The landlord never responds to repair requests. And the neighborhood is quite bad. My car was stolen once.
I do not recommend living here. The only real positive is that it is very cheap.
