Cozy 1 BR in a quiet part of Kerrytown
I have only lived in this apartment since August, but it has been a truly great experience.

Great location
This apartment is located in Kerrytown, <5 min walk to the medical school and hospital and walking distance to Kerrytown shops, farmers market, and downtown restaurants and bars (more relevant in non-Covid times). The building itself is old but well-kept. There is a decent amount of noise transmitted apartment-to-apartment. No dishwashers in unit; con-operated laundry in basement.
