Cute Kerrytown House
Great Kerrytown location, 7-minute walk from the medical school and 10-minute walk downtown. Very spacious, with laundry in-unit (on the same floor!) and full-utility kitchen w/ dishwasher. (Uncovered) parking is also included, with space for 4 cars in the back and cheap street-side parking available as an alternative. Cappo Management is also very responsive and professional.
Kitchen is slightly small and crowded, but fully functional. Lots of storage space in the basement, and can be a very lively house with 5 roommates.
