Cozy little grad school house
The house is adorable. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom and kitchen have been recently redone. We don't have to leave the house to get to our laundry. The house gets a lot of outside light. After we had an attempted break-in, our landlord quickly added a new automatic lock without us even having to ask. It's right down the street from the bus station, and about ten minutes from both campus and downtown. My only complaints are that the parking lot is tricky to navigate, the basement is unfinished, the layout of the bottom of the house makes it awkward to have people over, there's no AC, and this area of town has some petty crime. It's a little chilly because it's an older house, but the heat is included in the rent.
