Old building but great price
I'll start by saying that I doubt there are available units and that it is rare for bschool students to live here. But it is cheap and has parking included. It is a commercial building that rents a basement apartment and 2 apartments above the salon on the main floor. Very quiet except 9-4 on weekdays, when people are at Ross anyways. The building is older and not aesthetically pleasing, but if you don't care about that sort of thing, then it is great.
