Not a bad choice
Lived there for a year and had a positive experience overall. The location was so ideal that I didn't need a car. Moved out because I found a cheaper place.
Pros: relatively cheap, perfect location, decent amenities (range, fridge, etc.), sufficient space for 1 person, full security deposit refund within 2 weeks, relatively quiet neighborhood and mostly respectful neighbors
Cons: predatory laundry prices ($9.50 for w/d), thin walls, communication with management can be frustrating

Great Choice for a Single Occupant
The Louise Avenue Apartments have been great so far. Really responsive and the space has been recently renovated. Washer / Dryer in the building, dishwasher, individual AC, lots of light.
