Overall Decent
The apartment itself is very nice and spacious, and already came with almost every possible appliance I could ever need. On the other hand there are a couple of things that could be improved. First and foremost the bed is really uncomfortable. This is something that impacts the quality of your rest, so if there is anything that I would change it would be this one. Another thing I believe could be changed is the carpeting. This is because with only a vacuum cleaner it is almost impossible to keep clean. I would either supply with the right equipment to keep it clean, or remove it altogether. Another thing is the pressure in the shower. While it is still okay, it is really annoying how weak the water stream from it is. Lastly, almost all of the windows' mosquito nets are either broken or absent altogether. Lastly, while my apartment does not have any, I have heard from friends staying there, and have seen in the common areas, many bugs (cockroaches, crickets, spiders, etc.) are present in the complex. While of course this is probably due to the cleanliness of the tenants, especially regarding the cockroaches, I feel like a once a semester/module dis-infestation control could be a good idea.
