Ideal for MBA students with families
It's great for families with children in a safe neighborhood.
The rent is very reasonable, including utilities. It's also great that you can walk to the MBA campus. However, there are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby, so I recommend buying a car.

Terrible management
Baity Hill is great, but the Admin is not so much; they claim to be student-supportive but are hardly student-friendly.

2 months later still consider this a win
5 min walk to business school. Very quiet and secure. Parking are right below each Baity building. Rent includes electricity, water and internet, no additional fee other than the parking permit for 1 year which costs around 500 dollars. The soundblocking between rooms is good, however the floor does not have padding so if you are living in first or second floor with a noisy neighbor above, you will hear the foot steps.
Overall the best place to live considering the cost of rent and the proximity to McColl, especially for business school students, a lot of international students live here so it is easy for us to connect.

Stay at Baity Hill
My stay at Baity Hill has been a comfortable and convenient experience. The location is excellent, offering easy access to campus while being nestled in a quiet, residential setting. The apartments are well-maintained, spacious, and come with great amenities, making it a perfect choice for students looking for a balance between academic life and personal space. The management team is responsive, and any maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Overall, Baity Hill provides a welcoming environment, ideal for graduate students seeking both community and privacy.

Experience
The household is spacious and it is pretty near to UNC KFBS. You can walk to and fro to the school as many times as you want in the day.

Good Amenities, Poor Customer Service Experienc
Baity Hill offers spacious apartments with modern amenities, making it a convenient choice for students and families. The location is great, and receiving packages is easy with a well-organized system in place. However, the customer-facing services, including responsiveness from the management team, leave much to be desired. Delays in addressing concerns and communication challenges can be frustrating for residents.

Affordable and Convenient!
Baity Hill is a great apartment complex for families. There is a playground, but unfortunately it is sand. The neighbors are nice and welcoming. Management and maintenance are very responsive, but it's a hit or miss whether maintenance can actually fix the problem. All packages go through a package center and it takes a long time to get packages. Apartments are nice, the floor plans are great, the buildings are safe, and the community feels a little secluded for privacy. I love living at Baity Hill because I can walk to campus or take the bus that passes the Baity Hill entrance every half hour. It is easy to get anywhere from Baity Hill because it's right off of Fordham Blvd. Unfortunately there is no gym, and although there is a community office with a gathering place, the room is small with not many amenities.

Baity Hill Reviews
Some of them are noisy sometimes, but basically, I am not bothered so much.
