On-Campus Townhouse Standard
I enjoy living in the apartment b/c of its proximity to school. I can stay at the library as late as I want or need w/o worry about having to drive somewhere after. I am able to sleep in whenever I want to b/c its just a 3 minute walk to Polishook (the furtherest building). The apartments are not updated w/ new appliances and they are kind of sad to look at but you are able to decorate them to make it feel more like home. You have a full fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, in-unit washer & dryer in the bathroom. For the price and the convencye of proximity it is worth it. However if texture and bother you, the floors are tile and the ceiling on the lower unit are also tile. There is not privacy with sound as you will here your upstairs neighbors and through the wall to your roomates room b/c the walls are thin.

Needs Major Work
I live in the on campus townhouse for convenience and safety, however the building itself if severely unsafe. The joints on the stairs outside are all cracked, which means they have no support. The stairs inside feel very bouncy when I walk on them, which leads me to believe they are even more damaged. The apartment has terrible ant problems. The baseboards are all severely damaged and cracked, allowing them to enter from the outside. The bathroom shower is caked in black mold, and it was clear the apartment was never cleaned before move in. the dishwasher does not clean the dishes, the floors are uneven. the apartment is good for sleeping, eating and making food. however, I would not be shocked if they needed to be condemed in a few years.

Review
The apartment is fine. It's very simple and may even be downgraded somewhat, but also cheap and convenient, so you can't complain. Unless you have parents to live with rent-free, it's the most convenient option to have.

Good Apartment
The experience with my apartment has been very good. The only thing I would change is that the shared common spaces do not have any refrigeration system to keep food fresh/frozen.

Concord Hall dorm
These dorm rooms are furnished and are a nice size. I do not feel cramped at all. The floor in these rooms is tile, so I brought a small area rug to make it a bit more cozy. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen. The housekeeping staff keeps these common areas very clean. The security staff is always available 24-7. Everyone including staff and dorm mates are very nice and very supportive. I would recommend these rooms.

Average College Apartment
The apartment is not bad and it is great to live on campus, eliminating any commute. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is nice because it has an in-unit washer/dryer, however the shower is very tiny for the size of the bathroom. They definitely could have built it larger. The apartment also has a dishwasher, which is nice. The upstairs (deluxe) apartments are much nicer than the downstars (standard) ones.
The windows leak a lot of air and the heating system is old so it has to work harder and therefore the electric bill will be higher while it seems you are not getting much for your money.
Overall, I give the apartment a 6 because I wish the school kept up with them better in terms of updates, but it is not a bad place to live.

On-Campus Housing
I have enjoyed my time living on-campus at Delaware Law. There is ample parking and being only a couple minutes away from class buildings, the library, and professor's offices is definitely a plus. However, the living situation is usually not super clean (like bathrooms/showers and kitchen area). Although the rooms are pretty big, the furniture is very old and dirty. I would recommend living on-campus as a first year student because of the accessibility to campus and cheaper rent than most other apartment complexes nearby, but I don't think it is the best option overall.

Concord dorm
It’s nice being able to get that extra sleep and walk to class. I also like living on the floor with all the other girls. We share a bathroom and a kitchen.
