Mold, Flooding, and Horrible Maintenance

I lived in this apartment complex from 1L-2L. My apartment experienced flooding many times, and maintenance did nothing to address it. I begged for their help in remedying the flooding, but before you know it there was mold everywhere. Maintenance was worthless and the property manager could care less when there were serious problems. At one point, my ceiling even caved in and maintenance did not tend to it for several days. I could go on and on about how terrible my experience was at this apartment complex. I am actually going to be initiating a lawsuit against the apartment complex because I had to terminate my lease and vacate because of the mold. Please do not live here.

What

Close to campus and quiet. Its very very cheap, but there's a reason for that. I have black mold in my apartment and maintenance is very unresponsive. My ceiling was leaking from the bathroom upstairs.
