Med Student take on 120 S Oak Park Ave Apartments
This apartment is spacious, and has all that I need considering that I am at school often. It is a little dark, and there is no parking as a part of the apartment. There is parking very close but it is an additional ~$100 a month.
The management is amazing, and for the rent, it feels worth it given the space, in unit laundry and included utilities.
It is very walkable to downtown Oak Park, and close by to restaurants, Starbucks and above an ice cream shop so all of the essentials! There is a fire station right behind the apartment complex so you hear the occasional siren, but the walls are thick enough that is does not bother me.
