Great living situation
Landlord is extremely friendly and offered a very reasonable price. Fixes issues quickly.

Duplex on South Overlook
It's been a great experience living here. More space than I personally need, but something I think many people enjoy. Rent plus other utilities is usually less than $500 per month. Laundry washer and dryer are in basement, so far no charge for use. Pretty neighborhood, and the house is about a 25-minute walk door-to-door from the med school (as of 2/2018), and about a 10-minute (downhill!) bike ride. Owner is pretty responsive and responsible, although I do not see him often. I live with three other med students, there are a lot on this street.
