No complaints so far
Quiet, everyone mostly keeps to themselves, prompt maintenance, responsive property manager. Building is a little order so the common areas are not necessarily the absolute cleanest but everything else has been totally fine. No issues with package theft despite there being no formal mailroom.

Nice, but expensive
A fairly nice apartment priced above it’s worth. Watch out for the required amenities package.
Parking is restricted and a pass costs between 35-60 dollars, depending on how close you want to be.
Allows pets and downtown is okay for dog ownership.
Within walking distance of downtown and the FBRI, though the second is a bit of a hike.

Ponce de Leon
The apartment complex is taken care of and very clean. The property managers host events for residents a couple times a year with free food and alcohol. Other residents are respectful and quiet. It is nice to have the storage unit in the basement since there is only 1 closet in my unit. I don't pay for parking and have street parked for free very close to the building every day in the 2 years I have lived here. Only reason it is not a 10/10 is the rent is expensive (and they increased it) and the management company was switched half way through my rent and there were some problems with communication (online rent paying, maintenance). This should be fixed now.
