Awesome Loft Style Apartment
Awesome, small building with most tenants involved in medicine. Very quiet at all hours which makes it great for being a student. Very tall ceilings, hardwood floors, great kitchens with granite and new appliances. We’ve loved living here the last two years and most likely will stay through med school. Love being in downtown as I can walk anywhere I need to and am 3 min drive to school (20 min walk).

Lightwell Lofts
Lightwell Lofts is a great spot right in downtown Roanoke. You can walk to all major restaurants/brewery’s/shops in downtown as well as all major apartment complexes students live at. It is about a 4-5 min drive to campus. It is 12 unit building which keeps it quiet. Kitchens are great with new appliances. Apartment was clean on move in and maintenance has been great so far.
