Good Value

The complex is a little over a year old, so the apartments are nice and new. They offer the first month's rent free. However, management is not very helpful, and the complex uses a third-party package service that is a disaster. It is good value for being new and about 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the law school without getting on the highway.
