The Point at KOP

Great experience overall. Most importantly, the building is clean, management is responsive, there's covered parking, and I feel safe living alone.

The Point Apartment Review

The Point is in a great location and close to school. I have never had any issues with management and the area is very safe. However, the apartments are expensive.

The Point at King of Prussia

Luxury living. Beautiful pool and gym, as well as theatre and other fun amenities. 15-min drive from school. Super pet-friendly, right by the King of Prussia Town Center (restaurants and grocery is walking distance, less than 5 mins). Costco and King of Prussia mall are 5 mins away. Very safe and clean. Building was built in 2020. Everything you need.
