Review of Grand Park Apartments
Management at Grand Park Apartments is awful. They have a hard time with communication, fixing issues in the apartments, and ensuring that tenants follow rules. They often over-promise and underdeliver. Cars are frequently broken into and delivered packages are stolen. They have a cockroach problem that they have done minimally to help fix. Walls are thin.

Keep Looking
Main lobby door of street always standing open. Dogs aplenty and owners do not clean up after them. Windows leak during rain. Common laundry room filthy. 1 maintenance person for 5 buildings, 6 floors, 8 units per floor. PLUS cleaning empty units. Virtual tours don't match units. Roaches. Packages stolen from lobby.
