Love it

Great amenities, great for young professionals, tons of social activities, awesome dog park. Private pools and gyms in upper east side. Super friendly, involved, welcoming community. Close to campus. You get a lot for your money

Amazing amenities, close to campus!

Some areas of the Village are older and more affordable, but Upper East Side is newer and the amenities are amazing. There are 2 pools, a gym, a free coffee shop, a hot tub, cold plunge, dedicated leasing office, valet trash, and tons of parking in addition to the main Village amenities! The management is responsive and the neighborhood is super clean. I love walking my dog on the trails and meet tons of people at the Village dog park. It's about 10 min to SMU and close to all the stores you need and North Park mall!
