The Village Dallas

The village is a great place to live close to campus. The size of the complex offers a large community with fun things to do, and a large amount of amenities provided. The rent is relatively cheap to some closer apartment complexes, but it is safer than the cheaper complexes. I recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.

Nice, safe, apartment and great location

Nice, clean, feels very safe, usually quiet. Close to SMU, on the shuttle route.

Bend East apartments

7/8 minutes walk from the bus stop.
Single bedroom apartment but sufficient space for two people.
Good management and good neighbors.
Good maintenance.

NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.
