Affordable and convenient

Seven minutes a walk from law school. Free laundry. Downside is lack of elevators and presence of clothing moths, which can be managed fairly well with traps. No parking. Pretty quiet, since not many students live there. With the exception of the ground level apartments, my understanding is that only people who are related to the unit owners can be a tenant with a lease, and non-related residents sign a roommate agreement, instead of a standard lease. Units allow one cat per person.
