Clean
The apartment is clean on the inside, but the garbage area outside is extremely unsanitary.
Additionally, the apartment price is still expensive. The parking is $120 a month. When you add in internet, water, and electricity I pay over $1,700 a month.

Close to school, always people around, stuff going on, stuff open late, water and greenery and bus lines all nearby.
Easy access to everything. Close to campus. Beautiful place.
There are pretty good restaurants in the U district, a variety of grocery stores and easy access to UW.
Overall safe, but not clean.
