A quiet place to live

The studio is very cozy and in general, the building is very quiet. Is good for resting and having peace of mind. The community lounges are very comfortable.

Convenience is worth the noise

Excellent property manager and location/distance to the law school. The building is a 13 minute walk from campus and is secure, though the area has some petty crime (don't leave valuables in cars parked on street). The other people in the complex are great! Quiet hours start at 11:00pm, and other tenants are respectful of that. Don't expect the same from all the neighbors - Thursday and Saturday nights get loud, occasionally until 12:45 or so. Because the building is near the U-district center and a park, there are many unhoused people living in the area - sometimes our neighbors who are homeless and struggling with mental illness shout things in the middle of the night. Closets are very tiny so you will need to find a clothing storage solution.

The building is new, gorgeous, and genuinely eco-friendly (the name isn't just a gimmick). Prices are high, but if you can afford it, it's worth the convenience.
