25 brighton ave review

good lighting, lots of space and nice hardwood floors but not bad finitions. the whole unit is very crooked, the ceiling is a suspended ceiling, the paint job is awful... amongst other details. kinda noisy because of the street views but at night it gets quiet + can't hear the neighbors.

No Title

Everything is old and hard to manage. Windows cannot close tightly and easy to get stuck. Many disadvantages, but two markets and green line station nearby, and the rent is not that expensive.
