Moldy and Poorly Maintained
This property gives me nightmares. The bathroom has tiles similar to public toilets in subways. The walls are moldy and the air is dank all the time. The doors are made of wood that swell depending on the weather, making them hard to open and close.
The lobby is poorly maintained, with floors usually dirty with spilled liquid and sometimes dog vomit. There is no mailroom and my mail was once stolen as well.
There were times when a homeless man would sleep at the basement laundry area and management would turn a blind eye. The heat would also not be turned on even on days when it’s cold.
Please spare yourself a year of hardship and stay away from this property.
