VOX Residences

I’ve been living at Vox for five months and have really enjoyed my experience here. It’s a great place for young professionals without kids, as there aren’t many families on the property. There are lots of residents with dogs, which adds to the friendly atmosphere.
Since I moved in, the complex has hosted about four events, and they also offer yoga every Tuesday night and HIIT classes every Thursday night. The gym is spacious and fully equipped for weightlifting, cardio, and HIIT-style exercises.
The amenities are modern and well-maintained, including two club rooms, a movie room, a recording studio, a gym, and a work area. The management team is very helpful, and the staff addresses any unit issues promptly. I never hear my neighbors or outside noise when inside my apartment, which is a huge plus. Additionally, the complex feels very safe, with 24/7 security.
The location of the complex is another major highlight. It’s conveniently situated above a Whole Foods, close to downtown Culver City, about a 15-minute drive to campus, and 15-20 minutes from Santa Monica and Venice. There’s also a train stop across the street, making it easy to commute to campus.

Large property with over 800 units - a lot of amenities and large units; communication by management could be better, but expected given how large the community is. Located directly above a Whole Foods, the property is also fairly central to all major areas within Los Angeles (20 minutes to DTLA, Santa Monica, Hollywood)

Really nice place. It's basically brand new (opened 1.5 years ago). Two pools, two nice clubhouses, gym, dog park, right on top of Whole Foods. You will pay for all that nice stuff though! Easy to get to campus via the metro- its a 4 minute walk to the station, 18 minute train ride, then 4 minutes to JKP.

Pros: straightforward amenities - covered parking, two pools, 24 hour gym, concierge service. Cons: poor property management communications / services, intermittent access issues

Only complaint is that fire alarms go off a lot, but they are shut off quickly. The facilities are great, the location is great, it is a new building and there is a Whole Foods in the building.

This apartment complex has the best gym I've ever seen in an apartment, and the biggest hot tub I've ever seen. It's right above a Whole Foods and down the street from a Target (with a CVS pharmacy inside), which is super convenient for shopping. There is also a metro station right next to the complex.

The downsides are that the management can be unresponsive and maintenance can take a long time to respond to requests.
