Solid, decent apartment in Brighton/Allston

Great location, very close to B line stop and 57 bus (both take you to BU). Very old building, not very well maintained, but quiet and respectful neighbors. The apartment is sunny, well lit and well maintained. The distribution is strange but it has everything necessary. For the price, it’s an excellent apartment.

Perfect apartment for couples

The apartment is 2 min away from the Green B line and 5 min from the bus stop for 57, it is close to BU. The back has a view to Ringer Park and the neighbors are very quiet. It has two laundry machines for the whole building.

Average

I think my apartment and management is very average. There is a mouse issue that my roommate and I try our best to control in our unit, but I have not seen/heard the landlord address this issue for the whole building. We also had an issue with the AC during the summer and there was a very slow, disorganized response from the property management in getting it resolved. However, my apartment is comfortable space for two people which I appreciate, and has off street parking (for an additional price).

Large, sunny, apartment with maintenance requests

The apartment is sunny, large and it has everything necessary. It's also close to the T stop and bus stops. However, there were many maintenance issues, for example: the walls were dirty, peeling, scratched, stained, etc, the floor is extremely scratched and black, the floors creak, the lightbulbs are very dim, the curtains are old and dirty. Overall, a good original structure and floor plan that is now very old and not well kept.
