Hands on Landlord, Great location and Reasonable Price

I like living in my neighborhood because it is quiet (great for students), my apartment is close to T stop B green line (1 minute walk just across the building!), 5-7 minutes walk to starbucks and CVS, 2 minutes walk to Ittoku (famous japanese restaurant and bar), 1 minute walk to Harry's Bar, 1 minute walk to a a waxing and spa nearby.

Landlord is very fast in responding our concerns and problems.
