Fine spot
A good spot, not much in way of amenities, but rooftop is cool and it's in between campus and downtown.

Upscale Downtown Living with Campus Proximity
I can't say enough how much I love living in this building. It's a newly renovated office/court building from the1950's giving each unit massive windows that allow for plenty of natural light and views of the city. Speaking of views, the building has a rooftop lounge and deck area with study areas, a kitchen, couches, outdoor bar seating and patio furniture. This allows for great views of downtown as well as of the UT campus. The building is close enough to campus that I usually walk to class. It only takes about 15 minutes to get to the middle of campus. My few complaints about the building are the lack of parking (for both residents and guests) and how rent costs include nothing. Parking for guests is limited to one hour in a tiny lot with about 10 spaces. Residents must park about a block-and-a-half away at the Hilton parking garage. This in and of itself is not that bad, but having to pay $100 per month to park is a bit ridiculous given that there are no other options for residents and rent is already premium. However, I find that I don't really use my car on a daily basis as I walk to class and have all of downtown and the Old City within walking distance as well. Utilities, internet, and cable are not included in rent either. The only thing that is included is a membership to the Downtown YMCA which is about two blocks away. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here to anyone who wants a downtown living experience and are willing to pay for premium location.
