Reasonable for New Brunswick
I really like The Brunswick, it's got the amenities of some of the other "luxury" places (in unit laundry, AC, dishwasher, gym) without the cost-- though I did move here with intra-COVID prices. Maybe isn't as nice as some of the more luxury places but it's an easy walk to the hospital and removed enough from George Street to avoid some of the noise.

Cheapest in New Brunswick for the space, but management isn't great
The Brunswick is a great option for people who want a more urban living environment and/or want to be close to NJ Transit. It's a quick drive to school and within walking distance of lots of local restaurants and the hospital. However, management can be hard to get a hold of.

The Brunswick- affordable for location
I live in a large 1 bed 1 bath with my fiancé. We have a kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and walk in closet. The location is very spacious in downtown New Brunswick, parking and gym included in an affordable rent compared to other locations in the area. Facilities are not as up to date as other apartments, but management is very receptive and maintenance is very responsive.

The Brunswick is a great place to live at with roommates!
If you're looking for a nicer apartment building that's near New Brunswick, my complex is great. It has everything I need from a gym to in-unit laundry to AC and a parking garage. It's not the most budget-friendly option in the area but it is worth the price. The management is quick to respond to service requests and we haven't had any *major* problems with our place so far. If you're sensitive to noise, the 100 building is located right next to route 18 and can get quite noisy. But definitely check out the Brunswick if you're interested in living in NB!

The Brunswick
-The Brunswick is a good place to live. Its located a couple blocks from the hospital, so its a couple minute drive or a 5-10 minute walk. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the school in Piscataway.
-Its located right in the New Brunswick downtown so its next to a lot of cool restaurants and bars.
-The management is pretty receptive to problems.
-You get access to a gym for free
-They also allow pets if you have one
