Great apartment if you want to be close to hospital
Overall, I had a great experience living here. The apartment is modern and new and has in unit washer/dryer. It also has a gym and lounge space. It is right across the street from the hospital which I really wanted because I hate driving. Parking in the attached garage is an additional $150/mo. It is expensive but makes up for itself with proximity and having lots of restaurants walking distance. The walls are pretty thick and we usually don’t hear neighbors. Lots of residents live here so it is quiet.

Aspire Studio
My studio is spacious, new, and easy to maintain, and the management has addressed all of my maintenance issues within 1-2 days. I can collect packages any time of day thanks to the 24/7 concierge. My neighbors are almost all medical students, residents, or other professionals who are quiet and nice. There have been a couple instances where the water was out for the whole building for hours to days but the management kept us updated and ultimately I think that's a risk with any apartment building.

Great if you need to go to the hospital everyday
The rent is not the most affordable for a student, however, it is a very safe and convenient option since the hospital is right across the street. It is annoying to drive around the area though. For someone who wants to walk to the hospital everyday and not drive often, it is perfect.

Fantastic
Great location to be near the hospital (RWJUH). Management is very responsive to service requests and responds promptly. I feel safe here and enjoy it’s proximity to New Brunswick restaurants!

Could not ask for a better apartment
The apartment is very close to RWJUH making it an incredibly convenient location to live for the clinical years. There are also many food options in the area and many cafes to study in. The drive to the medical school is only 7 minutes and is easy to get to. Parking is in the building and there is a gym inside that is included.

Great location
The apartment is in a great location. It takes less than 2-3 minutes to walk to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. It is an ideal location for third and fourth year of medical school. Driving to school takes around 10 minutes and is very easy.
