Trilogy Chapel Hill Review
Great location, Good Value, So-So Administration

Great place for any student
Trilogy has great amenities and is walking distance to many grocery stores and restaurants. Trilogy is just a 10 minute drive to campus so it’s the perfect distance for a short commute but quick enough to get to Franklin St when you want.

Great locations but costly
We love the place, ultimately. The rooms are spacious; it is right next to two great shopping centers, and the commute is minimal, but it is very costly and the front office staff isn’t the best but the best spot for a family.

Great place to live but probably not great place for Duke students
I love the apartment, I think it's a great price, beautiful, great amenities, but it is in Chapel Hill. I live here because my two roommates are UNC students/employees but that means I drive about 15 minutes to Duke. It is on a bus line that goes to UNC which is very nice.

Overall great, there are only a few issues
My overall experience at this building has been good so far, with only a few issues. The amenities such as the common area outside and the gym are great. It is also nice to have conference rooms and a printer onsite. Some issues are that the gate to enter the building has not been working for at least 3 months, and this has lead to outsiders being able to get into resident's cars. Additionally, the power has gone out a few times since I've moved in, and it usually does not come back on for a few hours. The staff is usually helpful, but sometimes can come off as condescending.

Quiet and spacious
Trilogy is a great complex if you are looking for somewhere quiet and not as busy. It is very close to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, too! Management isn't great and the parking garage gate is always broken, but Chapel Hill is a generally safe area so it doesn't concern me too much.

Nice, quiet, and new!
We love living at Trilogy. The apartment is spacious and the complex is quiet. The only downside is the construction site next to the complex (but there is no longer noise, it's just an eye sore) and the car shop next to the complex, but you can live on a side or building that is not facing the shop. The gym is SUPER nice. There are also conference rooms available, which are great for studying or virtual company coffee chats.
