Electric Gardens

I have enjoyed my experience at Electric Gardens. Management is great. It's beautiful, bright, and modern. The towpath trail is right behind the building. Tremont is a great place to walk around and enjoy the restaurants and shops.

This will be my second year at the apartment. It is located in Tremont, where street parking is free. You can walk to all the restaurants and enjoy the neighborhood. The unit itself is bright and lets in lots of sunlight. Although there is some storage, I do wish there was more in the kitchen and bathroom. For assigned parking in the parking lot or parking garage, it costs a bit much for me (that's why I park on the street). The gym is great, the towpath behind the building goes on for miles, and the pets seem to enjoy it here as well!! There is a coffee shop in the lobby and a rooftop patio where the views are gorgeous! The complex frequently hosts social events that residents can attend for free or at a discounted price. It's a pretty cool place to live overall.

Tremont is an amazing neighborhood with friendly people, great restaurants, and beautiful scenery. Electric Gardens is a new building, modern, and pretty much an exciting place. There is a rooftop deck where you can enjoy the views of downtown and the surrounding area. It's pet-friendly. Any questions, management will answer as soon as possible. The gym is great and there is a coffe/wine bar in the lobby called Tiger Lily Cafe. Electric Gardens also has a coworking space, called Limelight. My only downside is there is assigned parking spots and assigned garage parking, that require a monthly fee depending on the location. If you weren't lucky enough to get one of those spots or don't want to pay that extra money, street parking is abundant in front of and near the building.
