Good apartment, bit of a drive to school
Good deal if you get a move-in special like 1-2 months free. This complex has two different types of buildings with apartments in them so try to use Google Maps and have the management send a recording of the apartment to get a good understanding of what they look like if you can't come tour in person. All the apartments are renovated and we haven't had any significant issues so far (although the building is old).

Brand new, fast Internet, and social events
I am very happy living at The Vue in Beachwood. Rent is high for Cleveland, but the building is brand-new (built in 2014), with fiber-optic internet, an underground heated garage, an up-to-date gym, very good customer service, and in-unit washer/dryer and central heat/AC. Morning/afternoon commute is about 20-30 min (each way). I leave my apartment by 7:20 AM to arrive at Veale Parking Garage by 7:40-7:50. A car is absolutely necessary - don't even think about walking or using mass transit (though there is an RTA station nearby - it just isn't very convenient for me).
There are several grocery stores in the area (Giant Eagle, Heinen's, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's) and 2 major freeways (I-271 and I-480). There are also 2 major shopping malls nearby (Beachwood Place and Legacy Village).
On the downside, it is relatively far from campus so it is somewhat socially isolated. The crowd here is predominantly 30's - 40's professionals. On the other hand, there are social events usualy 1x per month and everybody is friendly. Due to the convenience to Ahuja Medical Center, there are many health care professionals in the building.
