Haddon Towne Centre

I currently live at Haddon Towne Centre in a 1-bedroom unit with my partner; since my partner is working, he's paying a majority (~2/3) of the rent. We picked this location because of its proximity to the PATCO Westmont station, safety, and its proximity to the CMSRU campus. So far we're enjoying living here.

I mostly drive to school, but it's convenient to use the PATCO when needed. One parking spot came included with our unit, but there's an option to buy another parking spot with a yearly fee. The tenants here include small families and other couples.

Haddon Township is a great location to live in because there are many local restaurants and chain restaurants and shopping within walking distance and a 5-10 minute car ride. The apartment complex is conveniently located across the street from the Vestment Patio Train Station, making going into Philadelphia very easy. The maintenance in the building is very reliable, friendly, and they come out whenever you need them. The complex is pet friendly, with many dogs in the complex. The unit is updated with large washer and dryer, central AC and heat, and water dispenser in the refrigerator. The bedrooms are carpeted. The complex has a club house with a gym, pool, and outside sitting and grill area.

The apartments are new within the past 5 years. The finishes (floors, kitchen, bathrooms, etc) are all pretty nice. The management and maintenance are very helpful and responsive. Free assigned parking, and pet friendly.

I would recommend this location for people who are have a car and want to be close to school. Its only a 10-15 minute drive to CMSRU.
