centric and spacious
newly renovated building with modern kitchen & bathroom, lots of space, and very well located. Wish it had better natural lighting!

1420 Chestnut St
This apartment complex is a fine place to live, but the property management company was not upfront. They did not tell me before signing my lease that I was required to purchase internet through them ($70/month). The cost is pretty significant and makes a difference in my monthly budget, and I could definitely obtain cheaper internet if I were allowed to purchase it on my own. Furthermore, they did not tell me there would be no shower door in my bathroom or that the floors would be original (so there are numerous holes, breaks, and weak planks). The location is on Chestnut St, so it is extremely noisy with honking, yelling, music, etc. Positively, when there have been issues, maintenance has typically been quick to resolve it. Overall however, I would not recommend this complex and would try your best to not rent from this management company given that they are not upfront.
