Brentwood by the Park
Great location (only 5-10 minutes from campus, walkable to restaurants and shops), and incredibly nice landlords. Building is old so A/C and heating are not as good as modern buildings, but otherwise there's nothing to criticize. Rent is lower than most places in the area, too.

Brentwood by the Park
Apartment is well priced. Almost 1K square footage, feels big and airy. Landlord is very sweet but also distracted. A few Anderson students live here each year.

Brentwood by the Park is perfect for pet owners
My boyfriend and I lived in a (slightly) cheaper studio in Westwood for my first two years of law school and moved here last summer. For a 2 bed/ 2 bath in Brentwood we pay a pretty good rate, especially considering everything nearby. The complex borders a park with free tennis and basketball courts and directly across the street is a really nice dog park and large field. The apartment manager is extremely friendly and helpful. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to campus which I don’t mind. The unit has AC, heating, patio, and dishwasher but no laundry machines, though the complex has laundry rooms that are usually available. The ONLY annoying thing about living here at all is that the laundry is coin operated, so we have to go to the bank every few weeks to get coins. But aside from that we have literally no complaints and love it here. We will probably live here for as long as we can even after graduation.
