Great area. Very walkable
great area. A lot of things going on around. Nice wall and restaurants around. Only thing is that is ~25min away from campus (by car) and public transport isn't good

Great building, neighborhood - Not so convenient location (Freeway-wise)
The apartment is great, management has a good response whenever something is not working. Close to WeHo, where there are lots of bars and right next to The Grove.
Amenities are great.
The only downside is the location, even if its great itself, it is not close to any freeway so it makes it take a long time to go anywhere. Also, the public transportation from school takes a lot too.

Broadcast Center Apartments Review
We have three people in a two bedroom, which makes it relatively affordable. The amenities are great. The location is great for nightlife and restaurants, but not great for commuting to UCLA (about 25-40 minutes depending on time of day).

Best building in Los Angeles
This building is in a great location-- just above the Erewhon and walking distance from the Grove. There are several shops and restaurants up and down Beverly and Third Street. The building itself is beautiful and comes with great amenities such as a stocked gym, a pool with cabanas and hot tubs, and a community area with grills and a firepit. Management is always attentive and helpful, and the building is very secure. You need a key fob to get into the building, up the elevator and to access the amenities. Door men are there each night to also contribute to the building's safety. This is my first LA apartment and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
