Convenient and safe

Free water, coffee, kombucha in the mornings. Great staff with concierge service to receive packages for you. 24/7 security.

888 at Grand Hope Park

888 at Grand Hope Park is in a great location downtown. It is about a 7-minute walk to the metro station or bus stop that takes you right to USC (and very close to Marshall). It is safe, the amenities are nice, and the building is only a few years old. Only downside of living downtown is that if you want to get to the west side of LA (Culver City, Santa Monica, etc.) it is a bit of a trek to get out there especially without a car.
