Far North Dallas Apartments

The location was perfect for my and my husband's commutes. It's very close to the highways and a great area with Addison's restaurant scene down the road. It's kind of at a peculiar geographic overlap because it is close to some really nice neighborhoods and parks so the area feels safe, and it also has some smaller businesses and public transit stops (which can be super helpful if you don't have a car or you have car troubles).

My husband and I are a little older than most students so the quieter, family-oriented complex works really well for us. The complex is on the older side (maybe 1980s with some updates), but the bigger floorplan + rent combo was one of the best we saw, especially given the pandemic and virtual school/meeting set-ups. Pet-friendly. Maintenance takes a while if it's not an emergency or urgent fix. All in all, I would recommend if you're looking in this area.
