Nice Gold Coast building

20 min walk from the hospital but really nice neighborhood. Big, newly renovated apartments and relatively cheaper than some places around streeterville. Great restaurants/bars nearby, < 10 min walk to North Ave beach, and close to many bus/train lines to get to campus if the weather is bad.
