Good apartment if you want to live further away from school but still have access to bars/clubs/restaurants/nature.

I like my apartment a lot. It’s big enough for me and has modern stainless steel appliances, a waterfall shower, and isn’t astronomically expensive. I love living on a real street with trees/animals. It feels like an actual neighborhood, yet it’s a 5 min walk to the subway. It takes me ~35 min door-to-door to get to school on most days. On a bad day, maybe 45-50 minutes, but that’s rare.
