Units are Lovely!
This building is beautiful and recently renovated. We have in unit wash/dry that works perfectly, both bathrooms and kitchen are all new with marble and granite, and the balcony/roof top are amazing in the summer. The major issue with this building is that there is no trash chute. You have to lug your garbage down to the lobby, through the entire parking garage, then into the dumpster. And the garage is really dark and scary. Also, the elevator has been broken for no less than six months at this point, when we were told it would be a couple weeks. There are people with old dogs on the 6th floor that have been going up and down the stairs multiple times a day. I don't get the impression that management is working to fix the issue whatsoever. That being said, the residents are all nice, and the lobby gets cleaned every day. Packages never go missing, and in general it's a lovely place to live.
