Terrible management. No one will answer your phone calls or emails. The pool area is wrecked by teens who do not even live here. Some apartments are listed on the web for rent by their tenants. The construction is poor it is like the building is made of paper. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing, and there are no quiet hours enforced. For some impolite leasing agents: they don't care about your feelings; the only thing they focus on is collecting rent and persuading you to sign a higher lease.

Excellent new apartment with great amenities - the swimming pool on the rooftop is amazing, let alone the gym and playroom.
Very convenient neighborhood - you have Walmart, Whole Foods, Aldi, and Sprouts all within 5 minute walk. And lots of restaurants - chick-fil-a is right downstairs.
The location is super friendly for students without cars since the stop of the school shuttle bus is close and there is a Marta bus stop as well.
The downside is the price, a little higher than other older apartments.
Some residents complain about unpleasant smells inside the building which might be a concern as well.

It is a great apartment complex. Restaurants are close by and within walking distance of Walmart. But it all does come at a price.

Scott Crossing has an extremely convenient location whether you have a car or not. It’s about a 10-min drive to campus or there is a nearby stop on the Emory North Dekalb Shuttle line. It’s right next to a Walmart and Sprouts, which is very convenient for grocery shopping. Nearby food options include Chick-Fil-A, Mod Pizza, City Barbecue, Cava, Moe’s Southwest Grill.

The unit itself is very spacious. If you love to cook, this apartment would be an excellent choice. There is so much cabinet space and plenty of counter top space. Personally, I love having a walk-in closet for storage space. The bathroom also has many drawers and a closet for storage. I have not had any pest issues. I have not experienced any noise issues. I can hear music in the halls from other units but once I step into my unit it’s silent.

The complex has so many amenities but my personal favorite are the gym and barista. I love going to the lounge, grabbing a coffee and chilling on the couch to study. The gym is excellent: has a yoga studio, rowing machines, multiple squat racks and even a climbing wall.

New property - build by the end of 2019;
Great amenities - amazing gym, swimming pool on the roof, BBQ, pet-friendly and etc.
Great location - only 5 minutes walk to the shuttle bus stop and more than four grocery stores/supermarkets within 10 minutes walk.
Property management - kind of slow in terms of replying to emails. Would suggest to call them directly.
