Quiet and Close to Campus
I got extremely lucky finding this spot. At only a half mile north of campus it's a short 6 minute walk, or 2 minute drive/bike ride. It's extremely quiet. The loudest it ever gets is hearing the neighbors and kids walking and playing outside. Definetly suitable for 2 people, I just turned the second bedroom into an office which has been great! Only complaint is utilities. All electric (heat, dryer, oven) can get costly in the cold winter months
